Gypsy Days (with Paul Allen) - Live at Dallas Cabaret Festival

LIVE performance! - of "Gypsy Days", with the magnificent Paul Allen playing piano. Now, there's a history there that I won't go all into here, but Paul & I worked together in the very late 80's for 2 years at a small bar in Oak Lawn (Dallas, TX) and he was the first pianist I ever worked up songs with. It was a wonderful period of life I built a lot of time out of. This recording is the first time we've worked together in 25 years+ and I'm hoping we'll have crisp clear video & accompanying clear audio in the next few days, but I was not going to miss the chance to get some stamp of this. We've talked about doing this song for many years, and only got a little bit of rehearsal time in the day of, but I love the vocal performance, love Paul's playing, and love the song.
