Bienvenidos y bienvenidas a un nuevo podcast de Geopolitikaz. En esta ocasión, coincidiendo con el décimo aniversario, analizaremos una de las catástrofes nucleares más devastadores que ha conocido la humanidad: el accidente nuclear de Fukushima Daiichi. El 11 de marzo de 2011, un terremoto de magnitud 9 que tuvo una duración de 6 minutos y el subsiguiente tsunami arrasaron la costa oriental de Japón. Tanto el terremoto como el tsunami dañaron gravemente la central nuclear de Fukushima Daiichi, provocado la fusión de los núcleos de las unidades I,II, III y una serie de explosiones que afectaron a las unidades I, II, III y IV. Fue así como comenzó una de las crisis más graves a la que se ha tenido que enfrentarse la nación japonesa después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial.
