H.E. Dezhung Rinpoche's Biography - H.E. Dagmo Kusho

Our beloved teacher, H.E. Jamyang Dagmo Kusho, is the niece of H.E. Dezhung Rinpoche III, co-founder of Sakya Tegchen Choling, the forerunner of Sakya Monastery, Seattle. In this lecture, Dagmo Kusho shares with us her first hand experiences with her uncle: his life; his leadership as Abbot of Tharlam Monastery Tibet and Nepal; their escape from the communists; their life in Seattle; and his teachings. As a living example of boundless compassion, selfless generosity, pure moral conduct, unwavering diligence, and unsurpassed wisdom, Dezhung Rinpoche inspired countless students to practice the Dharma.
