H.I. Ep. 11 - Jeff Smith

Jeff "Smitty" Smith is a community connector, social influencer, builder of social capital, and founder of the original social network "Smitty's Notes" highlighting events and happenings in the Triad area way before the rise of Facebook, twitter, etc. He has served on many non-profit boards, voluteers much of his time and energy working with community organizations, and is just an all around great human! He is the recent recipient of Trellis Supportive Care's "Living Your Best Life" Award.
