Transcript Charlie James: All right, welcome to the program on your Thursday afternoon. Coming up, as soon as we can, we're going to see. There's a little bit of action going on in this Lindsay Clancy trial. We know that they've been deadlocked. Yesterday, the judge gave them the Rodriguez rule and said, "Listen, you guys got to go back. You got to see what you can do, try to come up with some sort of a verdict on this." Well, just a few minutes ago, right when they got back from lunch, they sent a note to the judge. We don't know what the note is about. We don't know what the note says. We're going to find out, hopefully, here in a moment when the judge tells us all about that. But I do not believe—I'm going to say that this is going to be—this is going to go down to a hung jury today, which is mind-boggling to me. It really is, that you can't get a verdict, a guilty verdict, about someone who admitted to what this woman did. So, when the jury, when the judge gets back, and everybody gets back in the courthouse, we'll take that as soon as we can. If we're not able to, then we'll certainly tell you what was said in that case. Another weird thing that happened today, by the way, Maria Bartiromo—out. She's gone from Fox News. No explanation. We don't know why. We don't know what happened, we don't know what the separation was, but she's gone after 12 and a half years at Fox News. Maria Bartiromo is no longer employed at Fox News. Don't know if it was her decision, don't know if it was Fox News's decision, or Fox Business News, or whatever. We just don't know. Now, maybe hopefully we will find out in the coming hours exactly what happened with Maria Bartiromo. So, we will see. All right. I have noticed something over the past couple of days, and that is that Dr. Annie Andrews is really amplifying her social media presence in a big way, in a very big way. She is putting—I mean, I don't know. It's almost like they smell blood in the water right now, and they might. She's got video after video after video, and I've—I bet I've seen three or four of them today from Dr. Annie Andrews. How many have I seen from Darlene Graham? Answer to that: zero. Absolutely none. So, I don't know. Is—I mean, I—it—I—so I reached out to the Darlene Graham team yesterday. Abby Ziltz over there, and I was like, "Hey, Abby. Love to get Darlene Graham on the program, you know, to talk about her campaign and all of that stuff." I did not get a no. I did not get an, "I'll get back to you." I didn't get a "Kiss my rear end." I didn't get a "Go jump in the lake." I got no response whatsoever, absolutely none. This is concerning. It really is. Now, even though Annie Andrews is out there and she's got all of this social media presence, she's still—that is not the woman that we can have as a senator. We just can't. I want you to listen to this. This is Dr. Annie Andrews. She was asked the question, just like I asked her when I interviewed her on this program, "What is a woman?" Listen to her response here. It's pretty amazing. Interviewer: Respectfully, though, I mean, this is an issue that even the WNBA is struggling with, defining what a woman is. How do we define a woman? Dr. Annie Andrews: Honestly, I don't even want to entertain that question with an answer. I have a medical degree and a master's degree in clinical research. We can have a conversation about the difference between sex chromosomes and gender identity, and I just don't think that there's a place for that conversation in a conversation about a U.S. Senate race. I think it's... Charlie James: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Because what Annie Andrews is trying to do right now is she's trying to say, "Ah, South Carolina has already taken a stance on this." Well, wait a minute, hold on. As a senator, you would not only be speaking for the state of South Carolina, you would be voting on laws and bills that would affect the entire United States of America.
