H3: Dr. Porter discusses health, Trump mocks critics and plans a convention, and Dr. Kabala explains rising socialism.
from The Tara Show
During the third hour of the July 3, 2026 broadcast of The Tara Show, guest host Ryan Recker navigates a diverse range of topics spanning health, political satire, and systemic ideological shifts in America. The hour opens with health expert Dr. Patrick Porter detailing the neurological benefits of limiting sugar and alcohol, emphasizing the critical role of hydration and socialization during Fourth of July celebrations. Shifting to politics, the program reviews a controversial AI-generated video parody shared by President Donald Trump that mocks celebrity critics suffering from "Trump Derangement Syndrome" (TDS), fueling a broader debate on political satire and tech ethics. This is followed by an insightful interview with political scientist Dr. Bo Kabala, who analyzes the institutional rise of socialism and communism within the modern Democratic Party. Finally, Recker addresses internal party dynamics, contrasting former Governor Chris Christie's pessimistic warnings for the GOP with President Trump's newly confirmed plans to host a major Republican midterm convention in Dallas to unify the party against the radical Left.

Here is the transcript of the audio file: Ryan Wrecker: And welcome back. Happy to be with you. And as always, if you want to reach the show, we are live this morning on Friday, July 3rd, 7:06 a.m. If you want to text the Common Sense Retirement Planning text line: 800-905-0989. I say the time and date because a lot of times, radio shows will be recorded, you know. It is the holiday, it's coming to a 4th of July. I just wanted to let you know that you are here with a real person right now. So, feel free to text us. A couple of text messages that came in. "Ryan, always enjoy when you fill in for 98.9 and on Coast to Coast. Plus, Richard Syrett is outstanding to interview all the best, Ryan." Thank you for that. I appreciate it. Yeah, I do Coast to Coast AM. That is probably the biggest show that I get to do twice or three times, sometimes four times a month. It just depends on the way the schedule plays out. But, I don't have Coast to Coast this weekend. I do have a couple of Coast to Coast shows, one on July 12th and one on July 19th, Sunday night to Monday morning. And you can catch me right here on 98.9, which airs Coast to Coast AM with George Noory. You got the big deep voice guy comes in and he makes that, and as soon as I hear, "Now, pinch-hitting special guest host, Ryan Wrecker," it's such a thrill. You have no idea how cool that sounds [laughs] when you when you hear it and you're just about to go on air and you hear that and you get all, ooh, the butterflies, ooh, Coast to Coast, 600 and some radio stations are listening to you right now. But, that is, thank you for that text message. I'm glad that you listen to, of course, The Tara Show and also hear on Coast to Coast. Okay. A couple of things I want to get to. I saw that there was a story that was discussing some of the changes that are coming to the southern wall. And this is from the Associated Press. Now that, after a massive infusion of cash from Congress, President Donald Trump's administration is swiftly building what it has dubbed a smart wall, a combination of a 30-foot steel fencing and a sophisticated technology like sensors, cameras, and towers, allowing Border Patrol to look over the territory. The wall is under heavy scrutiny for billions of dollars being dedicated to it when border crossings are at their lowest in decades. Isn't that amazing how that works out? You have enforcement of the southern border, and you had a wall construction halted when Joe Biden got into office. And you had all of this wasted, you know, scrapped because they said, "Oh, we're not going to do it." And then you have massive influx of illegal immigration up until the last year of your presidency, 'cause you realize this looks really, really, really bad, the stuff that we're allowing into our country through this. You know, the the sex trafficking, the drug trafficking. And let alone, the influx of people that are going to come into the country and make it virtually impossible in some cases to try to remove as we enforce immigration law in the future. Joe Biden purposely made things worse. And then he realized things were looking bad, so he said, "Hey, I better pick up the phone and talk to the Mexican government and, you know, maybe if you can stop people from crossing the border and, you know, remove them and put them in prison camps deeper into Mexico, that would make me look good because, hey, I'll be able to run on the fact that I slowed down immigration at the border, and, you know, I'll be more friendly to you after I get back in office." This whole stuff that Joe Biden, this trick that no one fell for, let alone he wasn't even the candidate in the end of his own party [laughs] as a sitting president. And when Donald Trump got back in, he said, "All right, we're going to enforce immigration law. We're going to do what we can with what we have, even though Joe Biden did his best to try to dismantle it." And it was working because if you look at the statistics under ...
