Science and the truth are being attacked. Charlie James: Ah, well... They told us not to question the science, and today, "the science" took the Fifth Amendment. Dr. Anthony Fauci (archival audio): Under the advice of my attorneys, I will invoke my right under the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution to refrain from answering your questions. Charlie James: And that was him all day today. 121 times Fauci read the Fifth Amendment or invoked the Fifth Amendment. Let's go to Michael in Simpsonville. Michael, welcome. Michael: Thank you for taking my call. I changed my name from Mike to Michael just to differentiate from the other Mike from Simpsonville. Charlie James: Okay, all right. Good. What's up? Michael: With respect to Fauci, we don't know yet whether the pardon will hold or not. Charlie James: Right. Michael: And it only covers, I believe, his government employment. So I don't know if you could carry a civil issue against that. Charlie James: Yeah, the only thing a presidential pardon does is federal crimes. States can still go after him, civil lawsuits can still go on, yeah. Michael: But my point is, is that this guy has no idea of what he said, signed, emailed, memorandum, or anything else. So the only thing the current hearings could ever get him on, possibly, is perjury. Charlie James: Right. Michael: And so if he takes the Fifth, he's not perjuring himself. Charlie James: However, however, Michael, I'll explain this coming up in just a second. What he did today could have negated the pardon. I'll explain that in just a second. Let's go to Tim in Reffton. How you doing, Tim? I'm sorry, Tom. Tom, how you doing? Tom: Hey, I'm doing fine, Charlie. How are you, brother? Charlie James: I'm really good, man. What's up? Tom: Well, I called about the blood shortage, but I am very upset with Fauci. I feel like he's very cowardly. But back to the blood thing: when I was in the military, every so often the Red Cross would roll up in there on a base, and our superiors would say, "Hey, whoever will go give blood will get the rest of the day off." And soldiers would flock to those, either the gym or the buses or whatever they had. I'm telling you, if the Red Cross would just throw some buses around this country to all the different military bases—think of one thing, they're the healthiest people in the world, because they wouldn't be in the military. Charlie James: Yeah. Yeah. Tom: And these guys would, these guys will flock, these ladies and gentlemen will flock to those bloodmobiles wherever they set up. Go to Fort Bragg, go to Fort Polk, Louisiana, go to wherever, just any military base. Just tell them you're coming and, bam, you're going to have thousands upon thousands of people giving blood. Charlie James: There you go. All right, I appreciate it, Tom. Thank you. Want to go to Barbara. Barbara, how are you? Barbara: Well, I'm good, Charlie. I think we're falling into a trap. You know, I was 22 when JFK was killed, and Oswald was the patsy—he told us so. But the CIA, we now know, was behind it. And we're doing the same thing. We're talking about Fauci and masks. But I believe China created the bioweapon, and it was in order to stop Trump's economy, which was thriving. And they want to get... they don't hate Donald Trump, they are afraid of Donald Trump, because he's not one of them. And we're just like the sheeple, we're falling into this trap of thinking if we get Fauci, that'll answer the... Charlie James: But wait a minute, Barbara. I'm going to explain something to you in just a second that might put your mind at ease. I appreciate you calling in.
