Bill: Hey, I just wanted to say I think it's, you know, my two top picks were, uh, Lynch and, and Ralph Norman. But I think it's important to, to remember—now, Ralph Norman, he supported Nikki Haley, you know. Charlie James: Yeah, and I've, I've asked him about that several times, and, and he's explained that, that she supported him, so he returned the favor. Bill: Right, I think that's going to—I think that hurts him. I think he should have had a good run at the, the governor's race. Charlie James: It might. It might, yeah. Bill: Anyway, thank you, Charlie. Charlie James: It might. We'll see what happens, Bill, I appreciate it. Glenn is in Six Mile. What's going on, Glenn? Glenn: Hey Charlie, had a question about—how the name is going to read on the ballot for Darlene Graham? Is she going— Charlie James: That's—that's how it's going to read: Darlene Graham. That's how it's on the ballot. Glenn: Oh, that's not official her real name, is it? Charlie James: Well, I mean, that's—and that's something I don't know. I mean, I don't know what the rules or the laws or the regulations are about that. Glenn: And then yesterday, I didn't have time to get in, but on the thing of masculinity, just wanted to throw out something there. You know, a lot of these young guys growing up in, I'd say, in this generation, didn't grow up with a father in the home to teach them things. And just wanted to say one thing that our church started a couple of months ago, going to do it about once a quarter, is called "Men in the Making". And what the first session we had was we brought some middle school-age boys out and showed them how to change oil in a vehicle, and to explain why a vehicle needs the oil change, how it gets dirty, and all those sort of things. Charlie James: Yeah. Glenn: So we're—we're trying to do something to make a difference in the—in the community. Charlie James: Well, that's awesome, Glenn. God bless you. I appreciate you guys doing that. Thank you. Let's go to Lynn in Gaffney. Lynn, what's on your mind? Lynn: Well, like your last caller said, I'm a little bothered by the fact that she ditched her last name and used her maiden name. But that's not why I called. Charlie James: Okay. Lynn: And that is that I wanted to say that I am probably just echoing what a lot of other people have said, but you know, I have a very, um, well-placed, advanced corporate executive in my family, um, and we think a lot alike. We're very close, we talk a lot. But if that individual died tomorrow, um, a major corporate banking industry would not be calling me asking me to take her job for the simple reason that I am not qualified. Charlie James: Yeah. Lynn, Lynn, could you come take her job real quick? You know, I know you guys are related. I—you, you don't do that. That's not the way we, we are supposed to operate in this country. But there you go. There, I appreciate it. Lynn: No, and—and one final—one final comment, Charlie. And that is that, you know, Lindsey may have left behind a great staff that has been a great support to her during this time, but we did not vote for that staff.
