Charlie James: All right, let's go to the WORD talk line. We'll talk to Roy in Greenville. How you doing, Roy? Roy: I'm doing well, Charlie. How are you? Charlie James: I'm great. What's up, man? Roy: Well, I know one thing for sure. Darline... Lindsey... I'm not voting for somebody that we don't know what she stands for. And I agree with you that they're going to hide her, kind of like they did with Biden. And that other caller talking about he's going to vote for her—how can you when you don't know what she stands for? Charlie James: Nobody knows anything. Nobody knows nothing. Roy: Right, and that's dangerous. Very dangerous. And, uh, I think that's what they're going to end up doing. And how—I mean, even Hillary Clinton didn't drop her last name. Why is she dropping her last name? Charlie James: Yeah! It's not known. I, yeah... You see, all of that stuff just—I mean, it's just got kind of a little—it's got a stink factor to it, doesn't it? Roy: Yep. And then the changing of the rules all of a sudden, too, on who can be qualified to run, also. Very convenient. Charlie James: Well, we will see if those rules get changed. I appreciate it, Roy. But listen, here's what's going to happen, all right? And I talked about this with CJ Westfall, Dorchester County GOP Chair, earlier today. If, for some reason—and they, listen, all of these executive committeemen, they know this. They know exactly what's going to happen. Because the rules say you have to have voted in two out of three of the last statewide Republican primaries. Darline Graham did not do that. She voted in 2024 in the runoff election for State Senate, then she voted in the '26 primary. That was it. That's what we know. So in order for her to become a bona fide candidate from the South Carolina GOP, she's going to have to get a waiver. They're going to bring it—all of the executive committees are going to meet, and they're going to say, "Are we going to give this woman a waiver?" They know exactly what's going to happen if they say no. Number one, they're going to look like a bunch of butt-heads. They know they're going to be raked over the coals. "Oh, I cannot believe you did not give this grieving sister a waiver! Oh, you horrible people!" They know that's coming. Number two, they also know a lawsuit is coming. This rule is going to be tested in the courts. They don't want to do that. They don't want to do that. So, they're just—they're just—listen, accept the fact right now that Darline Graham is going to be on the ballot. She will be on the ballot on November the 11th—I'm sorry, August the 11th. That's just going to happen. Filing starts tomorrow. That will go on for one week. I believe the filing starts at noon tomorrow, and it goes through noon next Tuesday. Then we've got early voting for this primary—that's the 5th, 6th, and 7th. Then we've got the primary on the 11th. We will probably have a runoff; that runoff is going to be on the 25th. And I believe—this is all in August—I believe the early voting is going to be the 19th, the 20th, and the 21st in August for the runoff election. So, just letting you know, this is—sorry, but this is just the way things are going to go. None of these rules are going to keep her off the ballot. Let's go to Eddie in Greenville.
