HABIT SONG DISCUSSION - episode 217 - walls, watermelon sugar, adore you, golden
from Talk Direction: The 1D (& Harry Styles) Podcast / SIGN OF THE TIMES / Ever Since New York / Sweet Creature / Kiwi / One Direction / Niall Horan / This Town / Harry Styles / Liam Payne / Zayn Malik / Louis Tomlinson / Just Hold On · host Caitlin and Lucia
This week we dive into Louis' fabulous song Habit! We compare the live version we got at the Cocoa Cola festival in Madrid to the studio version we got in January 2020. We love the repetition of the chorus and the details in the verses. We discuss the duel meaning of the song - music & relationships as habits. We love the mix of electric and acoustic guitars in this song and the live band feel of it. Check out Talk Direction Down Low on patreon.com/talkdirection for EXTRA PODCAST CONTENT!! This week we talk about Liam rewatching old 1D videos, Niall recording music at home, Harry’s #1 song on radio, & Harry hiking memes!
