Wake up every morning with the utmost gratitude. You have the ability to be 1% better than you were the day before. Follow a structured meal plan or understand your body to intuitively eat for your end goal. For people who are just starting, track your food. See what you are putting in your body because that is truly the only way for you to make progress if you know the data behind it to support it. Time-block your day so you know what you’re doing, when you’re doing it, and don’t let anything get in the way that veers you off your patch. Set a bedtime and set a wake-up time. Your body works off of circadian rhythm. When you truly learn to shut down, you will wake up with more energy, clear-headed, and ready to take on another day. If you want to do something, then don’t think about it. Take the next step and make it happen. When you learn to create healthy, habitual habits, you will start to create consistency which will lead to your growth, not only for yourself but those around you as well.
