Habits - Julia

from What We Think About Us · host Grace Avery

For this episode I got to speak with my friend Julia about habits. It was so interesting speaking with Julia because at the beginning, you’ll hear that she doesn’t think of herself as someone who has good habits or very many good habits, which is totally fine, but the more we talked, at least for me, I was noticing that she is someone who seems to have really great balance in her life, in her actions and her mindset about things, and that includes when it comes to having habits and sticking with them, but also being kind to yourself about not being perfect with habits etc. So I’m excited for you to hear the way she talks about some of those things; I think she’s very wise. We also talk about the phenomenon of habits & routine culture on social media. She shares a lot of beautiful insights about how her habits/relationship with food has changed and we also briefly explore whether you are your habits, ‘do your habits define you?’… you know, very light easy breezy question: ‘who are we?’ It was a great convo, check out Julia’s instagram and YouTube: @kointheknow and I hope you enjoy our episode!Support the show✨ For WWTAU updates check out @wwtaupodcast on Instagram.NOTE: The goal of this podcast is to hear many different perspectives.
