If there is one episode that might help alleviate your insomnia and create balance in your awake time, this is it IMO. I explain (my version) of "Dead Time" and how impactful it's been in my day-to-day productivity. Dead time is everywhere and the best we can do is find it, and make it WORK FOR US! I hope this helps you as I explain the concept of "Blitz Sessions" as a way to gamify free-time to visually see and feel accomplishments. Both of these do have constraints but I firmly believe that finding ways to gamify life is motivation to be productive and a good way to balance life and hence...sleep better.
