Haiku - Extended Rave
from Escapades in Music · host Per Boysen
In this piece, I'm exploring a combination of a modern clubby EDM sound with African rhythms and the explosively chaotic attitude found in "the free impro jazz" scene of the late sixties. The drumming is authentic, in the meaning that it draws on performance rather than on loops.
