Hail to the Health Champions With Marc Ramirez

Marc Ramirez may be approaching 50 but his spirit and health is All American. He had 4 amazing years as a guard for the University of Michigan football team and 3 trips to the Rose Bowl. Just 10 years later he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and his health was anything but victorious. It took another 10 years of illness until he learned of Forks Over Knives and the potential for reversal of diabetes. Just 3 months later he was off of all medications.
