She has been in the industry for 36 years.She aims to inspire the future generation of hairdressers, and hopes to help to raise the standards within the industry.She recently took a trip to Bali to carry out some volunteer work for Hair Aid Charity, educating the underprivileged people who live in the rubbish dump, and those serving time in the worst prison in the country, offering them a chance to improve their future prospects and change their lives.They also visited an orphanage and cut the children's hair.Louise says that the experience definitely changed her, and made her appreciate her opportunities a lot more in her own life.
