Haitian people being sent back to Haiti on they did not get the memo

Haitians are being sent back to Haiti they came to this country to escape natural disasters and or political persecution my question is why are the Hispanic people allowed to stay in this country even though it's not the ideal condition to stay here why aren't the Haitian people allowed to wait here until they can figure out how to help them they're not trying to help them they put in sending them right back where they came from what is that about send the Spanish people right back where they came from equal treatment
