Hakim Sanai | Meeting Lai Khur – O encontro com Lai Khur

"Attar was the soul, Sanai the two eyes. We walk the road of Sanai and Attar.” In saying this, Rumi acknowledged Hakim Sanai and Attar as his two primary inspirations. Hakim Sanai was a Court poet serving the Sultan Mahmud of Ghazni. When the Sultan decided to attack India, he invited Sanai to join him and write about it. As they left, passing by a walled garden they were mesmerized by the music that came from the other side of the wall. They entered the garden to find Lai Khur, who was known as a mad mystic man. While telling this story, Vasant Swaha mentions not only Hakim Sanai's satori (a sudden state of consciousness) but also brings to light Meher Baba, who experienced a satori as a child when kissed on the forehead by an enlightened woman.Vasant Swaha is a modern mystic sharing his love, joy, and wisdom in retreats.
