Haley & Jssel w/ Sprout Catering

The story of Sprout began with two sisters and a common love for great food. This love ‘sprouted’ into a dream to share that great food with friends, family and the community. With years of experience in the food industry, Haley Blackmore (Business Manager/Owner) and Jssel Hysuik (Head Chef/Owner) decided to give their dream a shot. Sprout began as a small catering company but has blossomed into so much more. In the fall of 2015, Sprout grew a new addition to the business and Sprout Cafe was born. Today, you can find the sisters giving it their all in their restaurant, growing the catering business, helping out in the community and in their (limited) down time – watching Ellen. Im lucky enough to call these two wonderful women my friends. I got to sit down to talk about their journey, their ups & downs and everything in between.
