Half Way Up

Pop track featuring AI vocalist "Natalie" by Dreamtonics. Music & lyric by Ian Jeffrey King. Extended version with guitar solo. LYRIC: I'm up here climbing, but I can't get more than half way up I'm really trying but they're lying that I'm in the club. I'm told I'm wanted by the faces up there But I don't see a guarantee They talk the talk but they can't walk the walk like me. I see the dealing through the ceiling and it makes them mad I'm either falling for their stalling or I'm being had. They watch me trying but they know it's hopeless Should I believe in what they say I don't think I can even get a grip today. CHORUS When I get to the top I am gonna be dancing When I'm up on the tiles, I'll be out on the floor When I kick off my heels I can watch the reaction When I reach the apogee, then I'll be me. I'm not complaining, but I'm straining for another go One day I'll get there and I'll sit there and just watch them blow. I'm not invited to their garden parties I'm not a member of the crew I'm not like them, but I still have ambition too. REPEAT CHORUS
