Halfway There (Psalm 16:8-11)

Where are you on your journey through this life? Are you expecting to arrive in heaven fully ready for whatever comes next? Or are you just sort of sitting in the middle of today's muck and muddiness, complaining about where you are in the present moment? Today and tomorrow were meant for being thankful; for living in the present, not dreading what's to come and not sitting in fear. So many of us forget that we're almost home and this present moment will be gone sooner than we think. We forget that many of us are already halfway there - almost home - and we should look forward to where we're headed if we're walking with the Lord.
