We're continuing the conversation with part two of our Hallelulujah-ween spectacular! This week, we’re talking Black horror movies with film historian Tananarive Due! She's a professor whose course, called “The Sunken Place: Racism, Survival and the Black Horror Aesthetic” has gained national attention! She teaches on Black Horror and Afrofuturism at UCLA and is an executive producer of Shudder's documentary Horror Noire: A History of Black Horror. She's also worked with Get Out's Jordan Peele on several projects including her work on the annotated screenplay of the film. Tre'vell and Jarrett chat with Professor Due about Black horror tropes, art imitating reality and what she'd like to see next from the Black horror genre. Plus, we'll discuss the real-world and imagined horrors of  Get Out, Lovecraft Country and more!
