Halloween

Is Halloween harmless entertainment? Is it to be completely avoided? This week we explore the multiple layers that contribute to our modern American Halloween, a tradition that is not simply any one of its historical parts, but uniquely modern and American. Once we understand the layers of Halloween we can see its potential dangers for young and impressionable minds in our cultural context of celebrating black magic and necromancy. Not only are we forgetting the saints and poor souls, but we are giving the holiday over to other spirits. www.GRNonline.com/SpiritWorld
