Good evening ladies and gents and happy Halloween. We'll call this one here, this episode of a different view. Halloween 2.0. We already did one here on the Sunday message.
Just some quick things I just want to go with and reiterate and all that kind of thing. One, since this is from again this is a holiday festival so I really do hope one one shout out to families here. This is a festival remembering those who had passed. This is also a festival holiday of the harvest of being able to get your harvest in before it is cold so definitely shout out to farmers.
I think those are some people you know folks with agriculture and all that thing handling animals for those who don't like eating meat and such like that. This is not a shot at y'all but again various things we talked about last episode, many trees in the garden were left for us to enjoy as a metaphor and one of those metaphors are dealing with food with animals and such and we understand some of it. That's why there's certain rules here on how you kill them and how you treat them such that that's meaning it means something. Again we look over things for greed and money and purposes and just not paying attention really but these things do mean something so remembering the dead festival of the harvest.
It's a holy time. Another one of these is that the veil between the spirit world, spirit realm and this physical one is skinnier. I understand that certain people you run into a bit of an issue but it's something that we should pay attention to. Again it's something to pay attention to even though many people block out a whole lot of stuff.
There's a lot that's missed by not paying attention to certain things. Another one to note is a great cloud of witnesses. If I will talk about how we're surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses. When people speak on spiritual things, again like we talked on the last episode, things that are very, that we know very little of.
We don't really pay attention to even more concern with space. Sometimes when we are essence where we come from. Realize that those who leave us are not gone physically. But like you've seen in Star Wars and like we watched the movie Ghost and all these other different types of things from back in the day like those who have left us we still look to.
That's the one thing Catholicism when they pray to the saints. There's a little bit of truth to that. Again of course the great God of all we spoke on that in the last episode, the God of Gods. If you will just a freedom with the phrase, the expansion of it be the Saint of Saints.
First born of many brethren in the Bible talks about or many people I should say. So just to understand that you're not alone. And that's the power that is in community. Whether you're talking multi culturally or whether you're talking individual cultures.
Where we come together under the banner of belief and commatery and these different things. And that part that we do not forsake when we talk about not forsaking the assembly of the brethren. Again of people of folks of like-minded faith. Being in community with people who understand who can have some understanding who have looked into other views and can empathize with another person based on different things that they have gone through.
It may not be the exact thing that a person is going through but similar. There's some commatery there and it helps. Especially in areas like with loss of friends and family members and such. So definitely a celebration.
Lift up a glass, raise a glass as the song goes to those who have gone on before us and celebrate. Take time to cry if necessary. Take time to mourn but it is a time of remembrance. Yep, that's it.
That's really it guys. Real short and sweet again. We said look forward to some things here. We're going to do a year before election day, election day episode because next year people will not be paying attention.
They're going to be drawn away on some things so we'll take the time here around that time to say some things that are necessary. Again, it's not a bashing thing. It's just speaking truth. And then from there we will tackle the great holiday Thanksgiving.
