Kids all over America want Silver Shamrock masks for Halloween. Doctor Daniel Challis seeks to uncover a plot by Silver Shamrock owner Conal Cochran. Will Kevin and John find enjoyment in a "Halloween" sequel that has nothing to do with Michael Myers?
