Lahden Launeen lemmikkielänliike Faunataren lemmikkiasiantuntija Johanna muistuttaa, että lemmikkejä tulee aina käsitellä kyseisen eläimen ehdoilla. - Käsittelyn on oltava aina turvallista. Kaikkia eläimiä kuten hämähäkkejä ja skorpioneja ei edes saa käsitellä. Faunataressa myytävistä lemmikeistä tällä hetkellä suosituimpia on jyrsijät ja erityisesti hamsteri. - Kalat on toinen suosikki. Jyrsijöitä ja kaloja menee useita viikossa. Faunataresta on kyselty myös Suomessa kiellettyjä lemmikkejä. - Tämän vuoden puolella meiltä on kysytty muutaman kerran apinaa lemmikiksi, Johanna kertoo. (KUVA: Faunatar.fi)
