En dat is tegen het zere been van de EU, die bang is voor een leegloop van de eigen Europese industrie. Vandaag bezoekt de Franse president Emmanuel Macron de Amerikaanse president Joe Biden. Eerder zei Macron nog: “De Amerikaanse beslissing is agressief en kan het Westen verdelen”. Wat kunnen we de komende tijd van de Amerikanen verwachten? En hoe moet Europa daar dan weer mee omgaan?
