Handle With Care: Living in the Kingdom of God’s Community (Part 2) | The Sermon on the Mount

The Sermon on the Mount, a sermon series focused on Living In the Kingdom. This sermon is given by  Rev. Dr. Mika Edmondson, based on Matthew 7:1-6. Jesus calls us to live as a Kingdom community marked by care, mercy, and restoration. Because of this, we handle people graciously with patience, forgiveness, and compassion that restores rather than shames—and equitably, showing dignity and fairness without partiality. Yet Kingdom love is also discerning: we set boundaries against cruelty and folly, use wisdom in sharing what is precious, and practice both personal and collective limits that protect the health of the community.
