H&S #39 Protect The Brand Featuring Oscar Nicholson and Antoine

Welcome back to the H&S podcast.  This week, we welcome a returning guest Oscar Nicholson and his cousin Antoine.  Our listeners will remember Oscar from Episode #37 where we discussed his food truck and touched on some 420 topics.  During that episode, Oscar mentioned his cousin Antoine and suggested we have him on.  What makes this week's episode unique, is that Antoine is currently incarcerated.   We chop it up this week with Antoine about his time behind bars, some of the lessons he's learned during this time, and what he is most looking forward too, once he completes his sentence.  We also hit on some other topics like sports and other things where Oscar and Antoine offer a funny take on things.  Y'all be on the look out for their podcast when it debuts later this year!  In the meantime enjoy our latest episode!
