Welcome back to the Hops and Stocks Podcast.  This week we welcome Mental Health Professional Karisma Hazel!   In the H&S Taproom this week, the fellas review a couple of IPAs, a Berliner Style, and a Mead. Our special guest this week is Karisma Hazel! Ms. Hazel has experience in Mental Health Case Management, School-Based Counseling, Mental Health Training, and Development, and she currently serves as a Mental Health Therapist and the Program Manager for Poppy's Therapeutic Corner.  Karisma and the crew have a much-needed discussion about mental health and how it affects our families and our community. The fellas open up about some of the challenges they have faced and how different forms of therapy and counseling have helped them through some of these issues.
