Hands on the Threshold

In this powerful and thought-provoking message, Hands on the Threshold, we journey into one of the most sobering passages in Scripture from Judges 19. Through the tragic image of a woman found with her hands on the threshold, we are confronted with difficult questions about moral responsibility, spiritual leadership, and our response to those who are vulnerable and hurting. This message challenges believers to examine whether we are protecting those entrusted to our care or sacrificing them for our own comfort and convenience. More than a lesson about ancient Israel, this sermon is a call to the modern Church to stand in the gap, defend the defenseless, and reflect the sacrificial love of Jesus Christ. As our culture wrestles with confusion, compromise, and self-preservation, God's Word reminds us that Spirit-filled believers are called to courage, compassion, and covenant faithfulness.
