Hang On

No one watching the crucifixion could have made sense of what they were seeing. Witnessing the agonizing death of an innocent Jesus, caused His followers, the very ones that witnessed His miracles, to question everything. It seemed that when Jesus breathed His last, so did their faith. What good could possibly come out of this horrendous act? But if the seemingly senseless suffering of an innocent Jesus brought about the salvation of the world, what does that say about how God might be at work in the midst of your suffering? Because Jesus hung on till the very end, we can have the hope to keep hanging on in every situation.
