Fort Wayne just unveiled its newest urban gem: the four-and-a-half-mile Hanna Street Trail, funded by over $5 million and connecting to more than 100 miles of existing trails. Born from a 2013 neighborhood initiative, this phased project finally links Rivergreenway and 6-Mile Creek Trail, boosting safety and connectivity for 23,000 residents, 17,500 workers, 900 businesses, 19 schools, and 20 parks—all within a half-mile.
