Hannah Oades from United Trust Bank talks the divergents in the housing sector, how to mend the gender pay gap and fair maternity leave for LGTBQI couples.

Hannah has worked in financial services since 2018 following her graduation from Bournemouth University. Her finance journey began at Twenty7Tec as a Lender Relationship Coordinator and progressed to Insight Sales Manager before moving to London to work for United Trust Bank in 2020. Her first role was Key Accounts however, following a promotion in March last year, she has been working as the Corporate Account Manager overseeing the bank’s relationships with networks and clubs.
