Having already appeared on the podcast almost a year ago I was keen to revisit and this time with two mics to capture the conversation between them. The pair look back on London Cocktail Week 2019 in which they extended the fair to 10 days in honour of their 10 year anniversary. They talk about the early days of the pandemic and when it became a reality for them. We then go deep into the planning for London Cocktail Week 2020 and their massive adaptation to make sure the event went ahead. They discuss Eat Out to Help Out and its impact on their bar partners. They discuss the scale of LCW including bars and outdoor venues partnering for the first time this year.
