Brent and Noah begin the show with terrible hang-overs following a night of their favorite Anderson Cooper based drinking game. Then we learn about a very smart dog and its very lazy trainers while Noah introduces the new MegaMillions lottery winner. Meanwhile at the hall of justice/Congress, the House continues to read the constitutions. Luckily two angry Swedish men distract us by fighting with shovels.
