We spoke about his upbringing in north Aurora, his travels to Guatemala and with the Zapatistas in Chiapas, the consequences of US intervention in Latin America, ICE infiltrating court rooms and arresting people without warrants, his class action lawsuit against the private prison GEO immigration detention center that has 1500 detainees, some in solitary confinement, where people are put into forced labor being paid $1 a day in a place where its $6 for a half of box of frosted flakes, GEO makes more than $1 billion a year from private prison contracts.
