Roosevelt Four Freedoms State Park on Roosevelt Island that uses layered voices and hidden speakers to transform the way visitors experience the park. Finnish artist Hans Rosenström and curator Alina Girshovich discuss the exhibit and the music that inspired it. 'Out of Silence' is on view through June 21.
