The Government of Canada published an article about it in 2010. The incubation period is up to 8 weeks. It targets males between 20 and 40. The WHO says the risk is low and it's not comparable to COVID-19.What nobody is talking about:On January 14th 2020 the WHO tweeted there was no evidence of human to human transmission of COVID-19. Six days later they changed their position. Two days after that they changed it again. On January 30th they declared a global Public Health Emergency of International Concern. Six weeks later Canada was in lockdown.Are they using the same playbook with Hantavirus?The Moderna angle:Moderna has been developing an mRNA Hantavirus vaccine since 2023 in partnership with Korea University. This week during the outbreak they announced positive Phase 1 results. Their stock jumped 16%.Follow the money.The IHR angle:Canada has signed and agreed to follow the WHO's International Health Regulations including the 2024 amendments. The US under Trump has withdrawn entirely. Canada has not.We're not saying this is COVID 2.0.
