You don't have to be happy ALL the time, but you can live in a State Of Joy, and choose to feel more happiness in life.   Have you ever actually asked yourself, "Am I truly happy?" and pondered the answer to the question deeply? Jana and I live in a state of gratitude and often joyful state.  We are not always happy AND we are deeply disturbed by much of what is going on in the world. Before we became intentional about our lives,  we didn't realize that by not intentionally taking action to move toward our purpose, we were drifting into the abyss. It was a slow circling of the drain. Take Inventory of your life. Where am I? Where do I want to go? What do I want? What do I need to do to get it? (What price am I willing to pay for it?) Who will I become? Is THAT who I want to become.  What does it look like to win?
