Being a therapist myself and author, I love surrounding myself with amazing people promoting happiness, the study of positive psychology. Many wonder if happiness is a feeling or a choice, so this podcast will probably provide you with that answer. Can you stay happy every day? Absolutely not. However, by acknowledging that some days you will be sad or angry or depressed, make sure you accept these days as temporary moments to learn from and move on. Staying too long in these zones can be detrimental to your mental and physical health. Focusing too much on controlling every aspect of your life is what will bring in more disappointments. Learn to let go of things just like Kristina said and accept that some times, you must let the Universe to carry some of that weight off your shoulders.
