It is 4th of July and Jerrilyn Lake aka Indeskribeabull and Lynee’ Monae are off for the holiday. Hendrix said she started getting death threats and must move so now she has raised over a half a million dollars through crowd funding. But a black woman in tech made sure she cannot get that money.  Jerrilyn and Lynee’ speak about Nottoway Plantation in Louisiana burning down to the ground. There have been mixed feelings because the owners of the plantation have turned it from a mansion of slavery and torture to a resort where people get married.  Actress and content creator Givonnie Samuels joins Jerrilyn and Lynee’ on the She Said It First Podcast. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ spoke with Giovonnie about embracing your femininity and how Giovonnie found her femininity. Giovonnie opens about her divorce and being single as well as navigating in this new content creator space. Samuels also talks about being a child actor and having to make that transition and how it is different in this social media space.
