[full text below] Ep. 476 - Happy Better We begin as always with the Happy Creed. We Believe in Happy, in Balance and Growth, of being Mindful and Grateful, Compassionate and Understanding. Yowza Haha My Happy Friends! Some will apologize for things not their fault, Others won’t say sorry even for assault, But apologies are just words, not precious items in a vault. The real value comes from not just saying sorry, but in making amends, That’s the kind of accountability and respect that can turn enemies to friends, And keeps mindful growth intentional instead of made from odds and ends. Sometimes, however, the damage is done, You can’t undo the past, or go back to square one, There’s no way to fix it, for the race has been run. But that doesn’t mean you can’t still learn to be better, To avoid the same mistakes, like a real go-getter, And set an example—if just for yourself, be your own pacesetter. Haha Yowza
