Happy birthday, Bloom with a Boom Podcast!

Happy belated Thanksgiving, and happy 1 year anniversary to my podcast!  Just like cyber Monday extends the spending, the spirit of gratitude can extend into the first week of December ... and beyond, ideally until the end of time!  In this short episode I celebrate the Bloom with a Boom Podcast, including the guests, listeners and friends who’ve helped me along the way, whether through answering my endless tech questions or simply showing support.   And…..becoming a breathwork facilitator has really been the highlight of 2024!  Even though Pause Breathwork is an online/virtual program, it’s offering me a deeper transformation and more embodied feel of what I’m learning than any in-person class or yoga teacher training I’ve ever taken and I’m beginning to offer the full range of my gifts.
