Happy Birthday To The Caregiver Cup Podcast

Send Cathy a text:)Last year at this time, I released my first episode I had no idea what to expect when  i started this back on October 20, 2020.  All I know is that I had many experiences, lessons learned and that I wanted to share my voice through a podcasting platform.  I found a great course through Krystal Proffitt, called Proffitt Podcasting.  If you are ever thinking of podcasting, here's the  link I remember getting super excited when my first podcast had 10 downloads.   I laugh now because most podcasts are getting thousands of downloads each episode but I all I knew is that I want to help one woman at a time - and that holds true for me today.    In this episode,  I want to share some of the messages, reviews and emails.Here’s to another year together.  We cant’ predict the future but we can look at it with strength and positivity.  Do don’t forget to fill your cup first.  Embrace the little things and Find joy in the journeySupport the show
