When you’re mindful, you’re aware, When you’re grateful, you hold good favor in high regard, Mindfulness helps keep you attuned to how, what, and where, And Gratitude grants you grace for when things get hard. When you’re compassionate, you can feel what others are feeling,  When you’re understanding, you have connection, Compassion shows you empathy, the first step towards healing, And Understanding teaches you forgiveness and reflection.
