There are only a dozen or so Certified Organic vegetable farms in Missouri which is another reason why Happy Hollow Farm is so special. Liz and Katie raise their two kids there and the place has evolved every year in infrastructure and offerings. CSAs work by memberships and as you can see at the website, there are several options for membership. High tunnels make some veggies available year round. Liz Graznak has been a farmher in Moniteau County since 2010. Growing up in Columbia, MO was not the trigger for this profession. She had a chance to do graduate work at Cornell about 2003 and learned of Community Supported Agriculture. It was love at first sight.
