This week we explore Honduras; the diving paradise of Utila, where underwater exploring, volleyball and stargazing become your daily life.Environmentally, we look at marine protected areas and conscious consumerism.Also, I include some curious bits on the Carribbean Irish, cocaine seizures, renting tropical islands and coming home with odd fliflops.
