Anyways...Happy Juneteenth teen feminists and thank you for proudly celebrating the end of slavery in America by listening to this episode. As this day is a very important national holiday to celebrate, maybe even the most important because of how many lives this day had impacted.  In this episode, we break down and go through the basics knowledge everybody should know about Juneteenth, some tips on how you, as an ally can play your part during Juneteenth. Plus, how to celebrate and spread awareness of this amazing federal holiday. In addition, we talk about how white or non-black/non-African descent people can be allies on this day and everyday moving forward because knowing & using your privilege is very important in ending injustice many black people face on a daily basis.
