In an English class, a Chinese student asks anAmerican teacher: I wonder whether English people are color-blind. The teacherasks: Why did you say that? The student replies: Because when people’s hairturns white, you call it “grey hair.”

Later, it a cafeteria, the American teacher comesacross the Chinese student. He says: I wonder whether Chinese people arecolor-blind. The student asks: Why did you say that, Sir? The teacher points toa jar of sugar and says: Because this sugar is brown, but it is called 红糖（red sugar）in Chinese.
